80 Series Sleeved Bushing Press Set
This tool set is used for the removal and installation of all bonded sleeve bushings on the 80 Series
1045 case hardened steel for increased wear resistance that reduces edge rolling, chipping and gouging of tools and parts
Modifications to the dimensions and material have been made from the softer 1018 steel version previously marketed by others
Proper alignment of the tool and part during pressing is key for a successful installation experience
Carburizing process leaves a light film and blueing discoloration to the part - please see pictures as this is normal and your tools will look like this
