3" / 75mm TourFlex Front coil springs for 80 series
TourFlex coil springs are designed and manufactured in Australia to exacting standards to stand up to some of the harshest conditions found anywhere in the world. Made from German X5K spring steel, the coils are designed with less material while maintaining superior ride quality and load carrying characteristics. The spring retains its original memory even after heavy loading. The result? A lighter, tougher coil that can handle just about anything you can throw at it.
Tapered 17mm to 13mm diameter wire design
Shot peened to relieve stress
Scragged and load tested
Formed on precision mandrels
Hot formed to maintain spring memory
Trail-Tailor custom red powder coat for corrosion resistance
Free height 545-535mm (10mm DS to PS spec difference)
Dual rate 3" / 75mm coil springs 270/220'
These springs are ideal for rigs equipped with aftermarket steel bumpers, winch and second batteries
Approximately a 3" / 75mm lift over original stock factory height
Please note: Factory height was approximately 21" from center of hub to top of fenderwell edge. You may experience a significant lift over 3" due to your 25+ year old sagging springs.
